I think I like the last one best.
Hahahaaha! The Devil's new slogan : Hell - A Dry Heat!
Yeah it's a funny twist on "had to walk 5 miles to school in the snow".
It's not the heat, it's the Hades.
Oh my. The Harry Potters really had me rolling and I'm not even a huge fan. I never read the whole series. Yes, I know I belong to a very small minority. I dunno, just didn't do it for me. Which is strange cuz I love wizards, magic, and fantasy. Dunno why this series just did NOT click with me.
I'm with Vinny. I thought that was the best one too...although any time you can poke fun at Rupert Murdoch is a good time too. :)
Harry Potter sure had an excellent run.
I was the same way. I thought it was a kids thing. But after having read His Dark Materials and The Hunger Games, two trilogies apparently aimed at teenagers - both of which were excellent - I'm thinking of checking out the Harry Potter books. And when they come out with the definitive DVD collection that might just be a great set to have.
Don't even mention humidity to me. If the hurricanes don't kill me, the tropical waves will. Gah!I saw the first and second Potter movies but it kind of got confusing in the third. I'd probably enjoy the books more.Since when did we not know Fox News was full of shit?;-)
But you left out the part, "... uphill, both ways".;-)
"...in bare feet."
We had gale force winds here last week. They blew over the outdoor stage at Bluesfest almost killing Cheap Trick. (Yeah, I know. Big loss.) We were without power for two days.
Nobody likes inexpensive magic anyway. But Cheap Trick at a blues fest? Isn't that an oxymoron?;-)
It started out as a Blues fest. Over the years it kind of lost it's way. Purists aren't all that happy but it's one of the biggest festivals in North America now.
