Definitely a novel approach, Dufus! Now... are you going to tell us how the book ends? Spoiler alert!

Pat Kumicich said...

no, no - don't spoil the ending! Bad, Paula - bad, bad!!

Another clever photo, Dufus. Grisham's books always have a few secrets in them.

It's a secret.

nonamedufus said...

Are you talking to Paula or her dog?

nonamedufus said...

I love Grisham...that's no secret. I read this in February 2011. It didn't disappoint.

Laughing Mom said...

Keep that story under cover.

nonamedufus said...

Really? I could speak volumes about it.

Paula Wooters said...

Down, boy!

Outside of a dog a book is man's best friend. Inside of a dog it's too dark to read.

is it a good book. i used to read his stuff.

nonamedufus said...

Yeah, I liked it. I've never been disappointed by Grisham.

Linda Medrano said...

Is this new? I love Grishom books.

I read it about 20 months ago. I've since read Calico Joe, a nice little baseball story by him. He's got a new one coming out next week called The Racketeer.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE John Grisham!

nonamedufus said...

He's right up there in my top 5 with Jeffery Archer, Stephen King, Ken Follett and Ian Rankin.

meleahrebeccah said...

Nice!

Monique Renae said...

I have never read a John Grisham book but I love reading. Should I pick this one up as a good start?

nonamedufus said...

As good as any. But I really love a couple of his early ones like The Firm, The Client and The Runaway Jury.

Jamie Baker said...

Clients, Firms, Juries and Confessions? Sounds shady.

nonamedufus said...

Well, yeah. They all have to do with lawyers.

Ziva said...

But if someone confesses, then it's not really a secret anymore, is it?

nonamedufus said...

No, not anymore. It's only a secret up until the time it is confessed. But then if you think in terms of a religious confession I suppose it's still a secret. I don't think the priest will share it with the congregation on Sunday. Wouldn't that be cool if he did?

Ziva said...

Dufus, my dear, no priest would ever speak a secret I told him out loud.

nonamedufus said...

I dunno. Been a while since I've seen a priest...or the inside of a church...or had a secret. Shit.

Cheryl said...

So? How does it end? Is there a confession? Was it a false confession? What's the verdict on this book?

nonamedufus said...

I can't give away the ending! You'll have to read the Cliffs Notes.

Cheryl said...

You mean you're going to leaving me hanging?

nonamedufus said...

Lethal injection actually.

nonamedufus said...

Not you...the book!

mike said...

What? 30% off ? I guess someone wanted to keep the sale a secret, because no one told me about it.

nonamedufus said...

It's probably even cheaper now.

Kevin said...

Lol - So, it WAS a secret, but not anymore? :)

Nonamedufus said...

Exactly!

Katherine Murray said...

I will remember the title if the book is good! The picture certainly is !

MikeWJ said...

Tell us, NoName, what's your secret? Confess...

nonamedufus said...

Well, thank you. So was the book.

nonamedufus said...

Oh, I have many secrets. And I'll never tell. I'd hate to negatively impact my mystique and charm.
